1.5 Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of okjl22 and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
2.1 To access the full features of okjl22, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
2.2 One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active okjl22 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjl22 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. okjl22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.5 okjl22 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.6 Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. okjl22 will notify you via your registered contact details before any dormancy fees are applied.
3.1 okjl22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
3.2 All funds deposited into your okjl22 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. okjl22 reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payment is suspected.
3.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions.
3.4 okjl22 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. This may extend processing times.
3.5 okjl22 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which okjl22 accepts no responsibility.
3.6 Currency: All transactions on okjl22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider will apply.
4.1 okjl22 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.
4.3 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay; bonus funds are applied thereafter unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
4.4 okjl22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled while a player is actively wagering, the remaining bonus balance will be removed and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be voided.
4.5 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
4.6 okjl22 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploitation of software errors.
5.1 All games available on okjl22 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
5.2 okjl22 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by okjl22 or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okjl22 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
5.4 okjl22 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and staked amounts returned in such cases.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjl22 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
7.1 okjl22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
7.2 Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), okjl22 may forfeit all balances in the account, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.3 Players may voluntarily close their okjl22 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjl22 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
8.2 okjl22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. okjl22 will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
8.3 okjl22's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms limits okjl22's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
9.1 okjl22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
9.3 okjl22 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
10.3 okjl22 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution channels.
11.1 okjl22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
11.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the okjl22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
